Parking and Venue Details:

The Broward County Convention Center offers convenient parking options. Attendees are advised to inform the parking attendant that they are attending the Condo & HOA Expo for free parking. If the attendant is not present upon arrival, please bring your parking slip to the event check-in counters for validation. The Northport Garage is connected to the Convention Center with covered, air-conditioned skywalks. If using the skywalk, you will exit on the 2nd level. Please use elevators or escalators to access the Grand Ballroom on the 3rd level, where the event is located. ​
